50th addition to the garage: BBR Ferrari Enzo F in 2008 Formula One red.
Pics will be added later.
First thoughts on the 1:18 BBR model...
Quality control can definitely be improved by leaps and bounds.
Faults found on a few of the said Enzo models are:
- Missing side indicators or reflective strips (the long rectangular ones).
- Missing photo-etched mesh. E.g. on the sides of the engine window.
- Rear engine cover not seated properly when closed. Either one or both sides are jutting up.
- Missing or dislodged front bonnet strut.
- Photo-etched logos not adhered properly to the surface and "lifting off".
- Plastic undertray not glued properly to the rest of the die-cast metal body. The gap lines can be too wide.
